Shipping
We ship from Hamburg, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 2 pm usually leave the same day. Every parcel is tracked and insured for its full value.

How we pack
Singles travel in a sleeve, a toploader and a rigid mailer. Slabs are wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a box. Sealed product gets corner guards and a padded box.
Returns
You can return any order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. The card must arrive back in the same condition, still in its sleeve or slab. We refund you within 5 business days after we receive it.
Received something that doesn't match the description? Email us with photos and we'll pay for the return shipping. Details are in our right of withdrawal.
Payment
You pay through a secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Condition guide
For ungraded cards we use these conditions. Every listing shows photos of the actual card.
Near mint NM
Looks fresh from the pack. At most tiny whitening on one edge, visible only up close.
Lightly played LP
Light wear on edges or corners, maybe a faint scratch. Still looks great in a binder.
Moderately played MP
Clear wear, small creases or scuffs. A budget way to complete a set.
Graded PSA, CGC, BGS
Sealed in a slab by an independent grading company. Scale from 1 to 10. We verify every certificate number.
What do grades mean?
A 10 is a virtually perfect card. A 9 has one minor flaw. Each grading company has its own scale and labels, for example “Gem Mint” at PSA or “Pristine” at CGC.
Account and orders
Customer accounts with order history, saved addresses and store credit arrive together with our new checkout. Until then you'll receive every order update by email.
